"999 call for my 3 year old son"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a parent/guardian),

Just wanted to say thanks to the lovely crew and the telephone operator who helped my 3 year old son when he has a febrile convulsation yesterday. The telephone assistance was very reassuring and I was grateful for them contacting my husband. The crew who attended were brilliant and again very reassuring. My son is now much better and recovering at home. Thank you once again for your help.

Time of incident approx 4pm at PL7
