"Death certificates"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

Although there is a bereavement office that deals with the paper work after death this office cannot function because the doctors responsible for signing and making the decisions that families need to be made fail to attend or make a decision. How much time does it need to make a decision to go to a coroners court or not?
