My son recently experienced a collapsed lung and the care he has received from the RBH is fantastic. We have been a frequent visitor of A&E over the last few weeks, each time we are greeted by staff that are thorough, professional and friendly. Follow up care is quick and efficient, being referred to chest clinics promptly and speaking to lots of doctors who have never rushed us when asking questions and taken their time in explaining his condition. I feel very lucky to live close to this hospital as on 6 occasions, each time we have received top treatment. Unfortunately during our waiting time in A&E, I was shocked by the amount of people who seem to clog up the A&E system with inappropriate complaints. People need to help the hospitals and use the NHS wisely and see their own GPs where appropriate.
