"Followup"

I had my appointment with a Consultant today at BTC I was so pleased when I left, the Consultant took the time to listen to me and she explained everything thoroughly to me the nurse was also really attentive and helpful I was worried about going to the appointment and was quite wary because my last appointment at Sandwell wasn,t very good. The procedure was painful but they put me at ease and I got through it, I am finally pleased that they are going to do something positive about my medical condition in the future. Above all they showed compassion and they cared about me. Thank you
