A recent three week stay at Potters Bar to undergo Physio. Rehabilitation, has restored my faith in the NHS. All of the staff, from the consultant doctor to the porters, could not have been more cheerful, helpful or professional, the nurses especially, despite being understaffed and overworked never lost their sense of humour or their efficiency. My sincere thanks to everyone at Potters Bar, not only for my medical treatment, but for making me feel that I was an individual who mattered and not just an NHS statistic.
