About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

i missed an appointment on the 3/01/2014 i had no letter for this appointment from you or phone call either.far as i knew i had an appintment for 7/01/2014 for which i had a letter ,the person i spoke to on the phone from the hospital called me a liar saying i had .she also said the letter must got lost in the post. she said they would also charge me for this although thts was not my fault. she was quite rude ,calling me liar, i am not in the habit of lying.
