I found this hospital cold and unfriendly. For a private newly opened hospital it is lacking in nurses around the waiting areas. The reception is large and impersonal, much like Gatwick departure lounge. The treatment areas are dark gloomy and cold.

Our atrium and reception areas has been designed to be spacious, light and feel less clinical, thereby allowing patients to wait for their appointment in a calm and relaxed environment. Our reception and hostess team, based in this area, are there to provide a hospitality service.
