My appointment was for 2.00 pm. I was called at 2.00pm I was told I would be ready to leave at 5.30pm. I left at 5.30pm. From reception to Anestheatist to Consultant to nursing staff to post op staff I could not have been looked after with more care and with more friendly but efficient attention.Tees Valley makes mockery of the media reports about the NHS. i would be happy to choose Tees Valley should I require treatment in the future. My hernia repair has given me no painand little loss of mobility after one week. I was very impressed when I received a phone call the morning after my op to check that I was ok. Well done Tees Valley.
