"Disgusting Hospital"

About: Lynfield Mount Hospital

This is the worst hospital I have ever come across.I found the staff to be rude, arrogant and appeared to have little interest in patient welfare or involvement of patients relatives regarding care planning..The food was poorly cooked and inedible.I wouldn't have fed it to a pig.I have serious concerns regarding this so called hospital.

I am disappointed to hear that your stay at LMH was of this nature. We aim to provide high quality care for all our patients and regret that your experience failed to meet this standard. Our recruitment and selection programmes and ongoing training and supervision helps ensure our patients are supported by caring, helpful, empathetic and dedicated staff. This feedback will be shared with our teams and ongoing monitoring will take place through our feedback systems to assess how respectful and helpful staff have been to patients. With respect to the food; in a recent assessment of food services at Lynfield Mount Hospital by the Patient Environment Action Team, we achieved an “excellent” rating. The assessments will continue to take place in the future and if you wish to support us with these then you will be very welcome.
