On boxing day we were advised by a pharmacist to go to a&e with my dad due to an infection, after previously having severe sepsis. On arrival the receptionists were friendly and helpful. We were told about the ooh gp service which we didnt know about. This was perfect for what we needed. After filling in a quick form, we were called through. The doctor was cheerful and helpful. He answered all of our questions happily and reassured us as we were worried about dad getting sepsis again. He got our prescription sorted and told us about all of the open chemists which was useful. In total we were there for 19 mins, timed by the car parking ticket machine. :-) Couldnt be better!
