"treatment during three day hip replacement experience"

I was admitted for a hip replacement in mid-January 2013. From admission to discharge I experienced nothing but total professionalism.

I was monitored constantly after leaving theatre. The couple of issues I had were dealt with quickly, considerately and with minimal fuss. I cannot praise the nursing staff enough - both day and night. The physios were keen, busy and on top of their game - very careful to get the most out of you without causing stress.

I was delighted with my treatment and the care I received - but the toast was rubbish!
