You wait too long to be seen, the staff attitude is poor putting their social lives infront of the needs of patients. The consultants change their diaries (mine seemingly to suit their skiing holiday) and delay my check ups for 4 months. Unacceptable.

We're very sorry that your experience of the Lister's cardiology service was not as we would have wanted. If what you say is the case, then we agree that it is not acceptable. At the very least you deserve a formal apology - we do hope that you give us that chance, as well as the opportunity to use your experience to improve the service for the benefit of others.
