"appalling lack of care"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Anything else?

my brother has been unfortunate to have been in this hospital recently,a can only describe the experience as frightening, staff who cannot communicate ,doctors who seem to think that the patient is a nuisance,i would describe the treatment as third world but that would be an insult to the third world,i just hope that i am never referred to this hospital
