About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

After the doctors surgery from August - October 2013, I was referred for an appointment at the hospital to see a consultant.

Was contacted by TRAQS a week later and my referred was passed to PRH and told the waiting time and approximate weeks.

In view of the length of time involved, I elected to have a private consultation at the Apley Clinic, which was carried out in mid November.

Consultant recommended physiotherapy on NHS. I received appointment for early December.
