She had her 102nd Birthday whilst an in-patient on Felsted Ward. She became very frail at the end of her life but was treated always with respect and dignity by the lovely staff.
We were kept informed regarding her treatment plan which is very important to relatives who sometimes feel helpless in these situations.
We have nothing but good things to say about Felsted Ward and Broomfield Hospital. Many thanks.
