Had surgery here in November 2013. Consultant and Ops team were excellent and, more suprisingly, the care on the Ward afterwards was superb. I cannot recommend highly enough...the experience made a mockery of all the criticism one hears of the NHS. I had my operation on a Friday too but that was no cause for concern...my Consultant came to see me Saturday morning and the care on the Ward was equally good during the week and at week-ends. Would not hesitate to recommend to others or to return myself should the need ever arise. If the whole NHS were as good as New Hall, there would be nothing about which one might complain.
