Waited three months for my appointment. Took an afternoon off work, turned up, checked in electronically and then waited for an hour past my appointment time. Enquired with a rude, surly receptionist who dismissed me, waited a bit longer. Left without even seeing the doctor. Have no choice but to permanently pop pills to manage my pain (with terrible side effects) and self diagnose as Castle Hill outpatients is terrible! Absolute waste of time!
