I spent 2 weeks in Ward 27 after a triple heart bypass. I cannot find the right words to express how grateful I am to all the staff for their care. Myself and my wife have been in a number of Yorkshire Hospitals both NHS and Private and not one of them could match the care and attention I received here. If you are reading this and are waiting for heart surgery, please try not to worry (I was scared) , you will be looked after by everyone here fantastically. You are an example of what the NHS should be everywhere. Thank you. Ian and Helen Tucker

You can also attend our ‘medicine for members’ sessions and respond to questionnaires. You don’t need any special skills or experience to become a member; you just need an interest in local health services.
