I have been in and out of this hospital for the past 18 months with ongoing health issues. Mainly gynaecological and urology based problems. Each time I have experienced rudeness, lack of knowledge and extremely poor co-operation between staff. I am still undergoing problems with my health and debating whether to change hospitals as my trust in this one is rapidly fading. Each time I have phoned the relevant department and left messages, the staff fail to call back. It saddens me because there are a small number of staff who excel in their duties of care. I have agreed to give this hospital one more chance after much frustration so watch this space. I hope nobody else has experienced this kind of care as it affects your physiological and mental state in everyday tasks.
