"Difficulty contacting for an appointment"

I thought the actual treatment at Newport Cottage and service provided by the physiotherapist was/is very good. Really explained well; approachable; leaftlet for exercises quick at end; really good service in general.

However, the one problem I did experience was that the team phoned me on my mobile phone number and left a message to ring for an appointment. I rang back the next day and got an answer machine - left a message. No reply. So couple of days later left another message - no reply. It took nearly 2 weeks before I got a call back to book an appointment.

The lady said we kept missing each other - we didn't - I was at home all the time with both landline and mobile phone working. I never received a return call for nearly 2 weeks.

Other than that, a very good service.
