my wife and some very close family had to visit my wife's sister who has had a stroke and was in Priory 4..The staff were brilliant.the attention given to her sister was second to none. she could not have got better treatment if she had gone private.. seven of us were even sat down by the consultant and he explained everything in detail in one of their consulting rooms . we were even brought tea and coffee.unfortunately the stroke was very severe and we were told that it would be terminal. i have heard some bad press in the past about Sandwell Hospital but i can only speak as i find.on behalf of my wife's family i can only praise the staff in being so professional in Prory 4.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife's sister but heart-warmed to hear that your experience was lightened by the service you received from our staff on Priory 4. We reorganised stroke services here some months ago to concentrate expertise, and it sounds from your feedback like that is working. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive
