What I liked

Recently went to the Elsie Bertram Diabetic Centre for a new diabetic appointment. I was seen by an extremely competent registrar who new their job inside out! The centre itself was an one-stop facility encompassing blood tests, eye photographs, foot care and diabetic nurses. Truly amazing. Right from the intial reception, till the time the doctor told me "good bye - have a nice day", it was right through an extremely pleasant experience. Everybody seemed to be relaxed, smiling all the time and utterly friendly. It appeared more like visiting a hotel for a convocation rather than sorting out my diabetes! Well done.........an exceptional nhs experience

What could be improved

Maybe they will make it a bit less surreal!!!
