What I liked
I was only in Harefield for a short time (3 days) but found the nursing staff excellent. I was worried about a problem that occurred after an angiogram. Nurses sat down with me & explained what had happened & also re-assured me. Being in a busy ward, Nurse saw I was having difficulty in sleeping, so moved me to a side room on my own, that I think was extra special patient care. I also liked the way, on changeover of staff, they discussed your case in front of you. The varied & excellent menu. Not like the hospital food I remember from years ago!
What could be improved
From my short stay I could see no room for improvement.
