What could be improved

Communication between Departments - I have had my leg in plaster for over 3 weeks whilst waiting for an appointment for a scan only to be told that the appointment sent from the Fracture Clinic to Ultrasound had been sent to the wrong 'printer' and that the appointment request sent on 15/07 had not been picked up until I rang on 28/07. I have had my leg in plaster since 8/07 without a proper diagnosis of my injury and/or a scan. This extremely poor service has only added to a very negative experience as an outpatient at MRI.
