I came in with an injured shoulder caused by squash and subsequent posture overcompensation. Experienced pain, problems with range of motion and pins and needles in right arm. I am normally a very active person and this injury was preventing me enjoying my racquet sports and golf and also preventing me sleeping on my right side.
Ceit at St. Helens was attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. Through several weeks of physio, each problem muscle was identified and specific exercises suggested to work and help repair the injury. I am very happy with the progress I've made and am ready for active sports again.
To anyone who might be sceptical about the benefits of physio, it really does work!
