What I liked

My 14 year old daughter didn't have to wait long for her appointment for MRI scan or operation date for her anthroscopy and the staff were friendly and helpful, including the registrar. On operation day the nursing staff were great at making my daughter feel at ease.

What could be improved

Communication between consultant and registrar. Registrar told us she needed a bigger operation and would have to see a specialist, when we went to see consultant 2 weeks after op he said there was nothing more he could do and she would have to live with it! We asked for 2nd opinion and my daughter has now seen consultant at Southampton General who are more than helpful and are operating shortly.
