I had occasion to visit a friend at the Hospital who is being treated for Emphysema (probably terminal). The response I received at Reception (Excellent - clear and helpful) and in the wards (Compassionate and supportive) was absolutely first class. I don't normally make this sort of comment but I was so impressed that I feel that I must place this on record. John Bailey
