"Casualty & in patient in childrens ward"

About: Royal United Hospital

Anything else?

My daughter had an accident on a Saturday night requiring a trip to A and E. she was seen fairly quickly ( very fast for a sat night!) and the staff were friendly and very efficient. As a follow on, we had to take her to the kids ward for an op on the sunday. The staff were very caring and the system of allocating a lead nurse was most reassuring. The op theatre staff were equally pleasant and effective. In short a nasty accident was made a lot less stressful by a very professional team.
