About: Basildon University Hospital / Accident and emergency Orsett Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had a accident at work, went to Orsett Minor Injuries, got told just to rest my leg.

During that night my leg pain was so bad, could not put my foot to the ground, my husband took me to Basildon A and E, I was treated so differently to Orsett. X ray done, medication given and staff so lovely.

Orsett needs to learn customer care. Thank you Basildon for being caring and professional.
