What I liked

I came into the urology ward with heamaturia on a saturday, i was very panicked and in a lot of pain and discomfort, the nursing staff were excellent and soon made me feel comfortable, i cannot praise enough all of the staff from the domestic staff to the consultants but especially the nurses and night staff who were quite often short staffed due to the failure of bank nurses turning up but still made sure everyone was well cared for and comfortable, it's now been 5 weeks and no relapse! thanks to all the staff of ward C5 x
