My husband recently stayed in George Earle ward after suffering a stroke. Obviously this was devastating to him, and us his family. During his stay in this ward, all the staff without exception looked after him with the utmost professionalism. They gave us their time to explain what was happening, and whilst treating him they did so with dignity and respect, showing us that although he was their patient he was still a person, for that I will forever be grateful.

We do try to ensure that the patient is at the heart of everything we do and that we treat patients the way we would like our own family to be treated, therefore it was very moving and heartening to read such positive feedback.
