Having been blues and twoed by ambulance from Cheltenham racecourse with a known debilitating surgical problem. The whole booking in procedure combined with asking relevant questions to providing the required pain relief was just seamless. I was placed on Prescott ward within 2 hours. Staff Nurses were a class act. Extremely professional but maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times. Just the best hospital experience in all aspects, Dr's rounds were early & precise with information readily given. All in, A1+ve experience.
