"Staff here a credit to NHS"

About: Faversham Cottage Hospital

Anything else?

Have had to se MIU a number of times, most recently with an infected mosquito bite. Staff very friendly and helpful, after dressing the wound they gave me antibiotics and home advice & after seeing the look of concern in my face with having to redress the wound daily (I'm very squeamish) told me to go back to them daily for a re dressing! When I begun to have a reaction to the antibiotics but was unable to get a Drs appointment for another week, the nurse was straight on the phone to my surgery and I was seeing my GP by the end of the day. Never had to wait more than half an hour to be seen and was always greeted by a friendly face! Fantastic place!
