We used this service on Sunday 17th Nov and were very impressed with the service we received. We had an appointment at the Herts and Essex Hospital at 6.00pm, within 4 hours of making the call. The doctor was understanding and helpful, listened carefully to the symptoms and gave us to necessary prescription to help ease the pain which allowed my husband to get some sleep. We think this system worked very well and gave us the help we needed prior to waiting for the appointment with the GP today. With many thanks to all concerned. Linda Rawden
