I was recently booked in for surgery and cannot praise the staff enough. I was a very anxious patient and the anesthetists, doctors and ward staff dealt with me unbelievably professionally and with empathy and dignity. I was very scared going in but everybody made me feel very comfortable and the surgical team did a fantastic job. Waking up to hear it had gone without a hitch was the best feeling ever. The nurses on ward 16 were busy busy busy but I never felt unattended and they took great care making sure I was ok before I left. Can't praise you all enough, thank you!
