As indicated above, on this visit I give full marks to all staff, including the consultant whose handling of the interview was the best I have ever experienced. He had studied my documents prior to the interview, and his outlining of my condition and my options was clear and most helpful. Contrary to some previous experiences at this, and other hospitals, the reception and short waiting time were exemplary. Thanks to all the staff concerned
