What could be improved

Visited for ante natal appt, waiting area didnt appear clean and was extremely hot.

Staff were very abrupt and did not communicate with me, I did not feel at ease during procedure.

Clinic was running 2 hours late, which I can understand happens, but would have been helpful to be informed of this upon arrival so could leave waiting area for drink / cool off.
