What I liked

i had major surgery on feb 11th 08 and it left me feeling i didn't realize we had such a wonderful hospital in hartlepool. the surgeon was excellent and helpful, anwering any questions i asked and was so jolly and pleasant, it put me at ease straight away. all of the staff right down to the cleaning ladies were wonderful. i was dissapointed that i never saw the surgeon at my follow-up i would have liked to thank him personally but i was informed he was a locum.

What could be improved

i am sorry i have nothing to complain about, even the food was good.
