"My wife is currently a patient ..."

What I liked

My wife is currently a patient at Harefield and has been admitted on 2 other occasions in the past. Although she dislikes hospitals, as i suppose we all do, she appreciates the fact that she is getting the best treatment possible under the consultants at Harefield. All the staff are friendly and make sure you receive, not only the best treatment, but also a smile and sympathy, if needed.

What could be improved

Although i can appreciate its not the NHS Trust`s responsibility to arrange transport for family & friends, i would welcome some kind of direct transport from major towns as it is frustratingly hard to get to Harefield from where we live in Luton.

Maybe if i could raise awareness on this issue i would be willing to organise some fund raisng events to get the ball rolling so to speak. Is there anyone i could contact on raising an issue such as this ?

If so i would appreciate it enormously.
