What I liked:

I had excellent treatment in A E U, Staff worked as a team with good communication. Kind, reasuring & professional.

What could be improved? However this was let down by poor communication between staff after transfer to the ward which appeared to be under staffed. There did not appear to be any team work ( not my job attitued by some staff ) There were some very caring hard working Nursing assistants who did not always receive support from senior staff.

The food was not appitising and was almost cold on reaching the ward.
