"It allowed me to get off my chest years of built up grief and frustration"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

It allowed me to get off my chest years of built up grief and frustration. I'm still not there so I am having 40 minutes counselor sessions which I feel I need, and am very pleased I am not getting a chance to talk and be heard.

Response from Heather Clarke, Manager, Inclusion Matters

Dear Nectar977

Thank you for taking the time to give this feedback whilst you are still receiving counselling.

I am delighted to hear that you are finally getting the space you need to talk with a counsellor and hope that this continues to be of benefit.

Thanks again and I wish you all the very best for the future and hope you go from strength to strength.

Kind regards

Heather
