Today I would like to congratulate Dr Erb, the Nurses and admin staff in the research department.

My nan attended following an urgent referral for severe temporal pain. She was seen and treated efficiently, and as an individual throughout the consultation by both the nurses and the Doctor. Dr Erb was excellent her professional caring approach made my nan and us as a family feel very comfortable and cared for. She took an interest in my nan and aknowledged what would be the best possible course of treatment to my nans specific needs.

The follow up care was also excellent. The admin staff were helpful when booking the next appointment and provided full explanation of what would be happening. Also my nan was provided with a helpline number for support from the team if required.

I wish to express my comments on this excellent patient and family experience and feel we should be proud of the services we provide here in Dudley.
