What I liked

i had my daughter in hexham hospital, my first baby and i could not be more thrilled with the service we recieved there. the staff were fantastic, on hand and happy to help with anything at any time and made the experience memorable for us for all the right reasons

What could be improved

i was completely happy with all aspects of the service
