"Endoscopy unit"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Anything else?

I was quite nervous as I'd never had anything like this before but I was very impressed with the whole experience. The 'consent' nurse explained everything about the procedure, and the optional sedation. After a short wait I was taken to the room, wecomed by nurse-practitioner who was to perform the endoscopy and her assistant nurses. Their friendly manner helped me relax even before the sedation was administered, and I woke up a short time later with the whole thing over, and ready for the welcome tea and biscuits provided in the lounge area. This Unit in Arrowe Park is excellent in every aspect.
