Nurse had smear swab lying unwrapped on her computer desk, when I asked the nurse not to use it (as it wasn't hygienic) and received the reply brusquely 'you put a pe...s up there & you don't know where that's been'.
I complained about cleanliness & attitude, received an apology, but have since changed GP surgery.
No excuse for that behaviour.
