"My son attended the Dermatology ..."

What I liked

My son attended the Dermatology Outpatients Clinic recently. He is 15 and never been inside a hospital before (obviously apart from when he was born)! The doctor treated my son with the greatest respect. After examining him thoroughly, the doctor went through all the options of treatment that were available to try and was more than happy to answer our questions. We received a letter from the hospital within 2 weeks of this appointment which re-capped everything that was discussed. Both my son and I were very happy with the whole experience.

What could be improved

Pharmacy closes very early for a hospital. We had to come back to the hospital the following day as it was shut by the time we got there (5:35 p.m.)
