"I had a sigmoidoscopy at the Victoria ..."

About: Victoria Infirmary (Northwich)

(as the patient),

What I liked

I had a sigmoidoscopy at the Victoria Infirmary. The staff looked after me from the moment I arrived, explaining the steps in the procedure and doing everything they could to put me at ease. The procedure was painless, everything was explained as it happened and I had complete confidence in the capability and professionalism of all the staff who attended to me.

What could be improved

I had to wait for an hour and half after getting changed before I was seen. The waiting area is semi private but you are still waiting with several other patients in dressing gowns. This didn't bother me but it might others.
