I've been trying for 10 days to get hold of Physio to change an appointment as they haven't been able to get an ultra sound appointment arranged but the numbers on the paperwork for physio are wrong. The number given has a message with the operating hours (very limited) then eventually it gets answered by a snoty woman who says its the wrong number and isn't willing to help! So I try the main switchboard, get transferred and they just pick the phone up and put it straight down again without speaking, this has happened 3 times! I just wish I could be this useless at my job and still gate paid.
