I have recently been having investigations carried out on a swollen salivary duct which culminated in a basket retrieval procedure being carried out yesterday in an attempt to remove a duct stone, (which proved to be non existent). Throughout all my appointments I have been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff and students, culminating in a phone call to me today asking if I was OK after my operation yesterday. Well done Charles Clifford Dental Hospital!
