Anything else?
I don't doubt the professionalism of the staff, but it would be nice if a clinic is running late that you would be informed. My appointment was 1hr and 10 mins late and at no time was I told it was late and not one member of staff offered any acknowledgement or apology which is quite unsatisfactory in what looks like a great hospital. Communication is key, I understand things don't always go to plan but an apology goes a long way.
